Who owns what on this site.
Short version: the words and the photographs are ours, the sponsor logos belong to the sponsors, and if you are a family in one of our photographs and you would rather not be, say so and it comes down. No explanation needed.

Our sponsors'
Every logo in the partners strip is the property of the organisation it belongs to, and their trademarks are theirs. They appear here to credit people who supported our work, which is not a claim on their marks and not a suggestion that they endorse anything beyond what they sponsored.
Licensed to us
The typefaces. Nunito and DM Sans are open source and served under their own licences. Our display face is licensed for our use, not sublicensed to yours, so downloading it from this site and using it elsewhere is not something this page permits.
The part that matters most.
Our event photographs show real participants, real volunteers and real families, including children. We publish them because they show what the day was actually like, and because seeing people who look like your family belong somewhere is a large part of the point.
If you or your child appears in a photograph on this site and you want it removed, email us and we will take it down. You do not need to explain why, you do not need to prove anything, and we will not ask you to reconsider. This applies whether or not anyone signed something at the event.
Takedown requests go here: thekwirkzfoundation@gmail.com. Tell us which page and roughly where in the photo, and we will confirm once it is gone.
What you can do without asking.
Link to us
Any page, from anywhere, no permission needed. Share it, post it, put it in a newsletter.
Quote us fairly
Press, students, other non-profits: quote a reasonable amount with attribution to Kwirkz and a link. That is normal and welcome.
Ask first for the rest
Republishing a page wholesale, using our photographs in your own material, or anything commercial. Ask. We are a small non-profit and we say yes to most reasonable requests.
If you think we have used something of yours without permission, tell us what and where and we will take it down while we work it out, rather than argue first. Same address as everything else on this page.

Ask. It is usually a short conversation and the answer is usually yes, especially if you are a family, a school or another non-profit.
